Good morning Pierluigi,
I want to thank you so very much for your special note. Also, thank you for including Mama’s recipes . . . I will be making several of these dishes, and will share my experiences and photos with you, as well.
We have not opened the Balsamic Vinegar, but when we do open it, I believe we should have a big family party to celebrate the wonderful flavor and aroma!!
We loved visiting Tuscany and Siena, and hope to return in a few years.
