Carpaccio of Beef with Arugula, Tomatoes and Grana Cheese

This is one of my favorite food in summer and fall, I love it!
It is prepared in a few moments, is a unique dish and it's really good (for the lovers of raw meat, of course!) It is also a starter for quick and tasty dinners. 

 

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250/300g of Alba thinly sliced
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Two handfuls of rocket
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Extra virgin olive
  • A juice / lemon, according to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • Difficulty: simple
     
  • Preparation: 10/15 min.

 

Procedure:

Prepare an emulsion of olive oil and lemon, add a sprinkling of black pepper and mix. Put a thin layer of emulsion on the surface of the plate, then lay the slices of meat to fill up the whole pot.

Lightly salt the meat. Sprinkle again with a bit of emulsion and so on until exhausting the slices of meat. Sprinkle with parmesan, rocket and cherry tomatoes. Let stand a few minutes and ... bon appetit!
