Vanilla Ice Cream with Strawberries and Balsamic Vinegar

Let's see how to combine two delicious desserts: the strawberries and the vanilla Ice Cream. This is a very quick and simple recipe to serve a good and light dessert in a few minutes!

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 500 gr. of strawberries
  • 80 gr. of caster sugar
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 4 spoons of Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Difficulty: simple
     
  • Preparation: 5 min.

 

Procedure:

Carefully wash the strawberries with the stem still, drain, remove the stems and cut into slices not too big , put them in a bowl covered with sugar and keep them in the fridge for about an hour .

When ready to serve mix gently and divide into four individual bowls and pour over a teaspoon ( or more according to taste ) of extra old balsamic vinegar .
