- 750 ml good-quality red wine
- 200 ml water
- 8 teaspoons sugar

Method
Prepare the mixture
In a large bowl suitable for the freezer, combine the red wine, water, and sugar.
Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Freeze
Place the bowl in the freezer.
Every 30 minutes, remove it and stir with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
Repeat this process for about 2 hours, until the granita reaches a light, flaky texture.
Serve
Once fully frozen and fluffy, serve immediately.
Garnish with mint leaves or fresh berries for an extra aromatic touch.
