Procedure:
Fill the sea bream with the sprigs of rosemary, thyme, the 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Put the potato slices on the baking sheet, season with oil and oregano and put the sea bream in the center. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Your baked sea bream is ready to be filleted and served!
