Method:
Wash the asparagus and cut the lower part.
Fill a pot with salted water, when it boils put the asparagus and boil for 10 minutes.
In a bowl put extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
Pour the mixture over the asparagus and place them in a buttered baking dish. Put the asparagus in the oven for about 20 minutes.
