Method:
Cut the cod into as thin as possible.
Prepare the marinade with the juice of pink grapefruit, red orange, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, thinly sliced onion and ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put the slices of cod in the marinade and cover with a film. Marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
As a side dish you can prepare, for example, a fresh salad with nuts, pears, balsamic vinegar, envy for example.
Ginger marinated cod is ready.
