Method:
In a pot put the extra virgin olive oil, add the onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the ground turkey and turkey sausage and fix with the salt. Stir with a wooden spoon and cook until the meat is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the marinara sauce, add the oregano and bring the sauce to a simmer cook for other 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water, once ready add the bolognese sauce, top with chopped basil and parmesan cheese.
