Fiorentina Steak

The Florentine steak is one of the most popular and appreciated dishes of Tuscan cuisine.

Method:

To prepare a beautiful Florentine steak, it would be ideal to cook the meat on the grill, preferably over charcoal embers. Cook the steak between 6 and 10 minutes on each side and a couple of minutes on the side.

Season with salt and pepper; leave a moment on the heat and serve immediately on the table. Do not cook the meat too much, it must be underdone.

  • 600 gr of Fiorentina Steak 

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Difficutly: easy
