Pasta with zucchini, raw ham and burrata

An easy recipe to prepare with fresh ingredients but very tasty, perfect to pair with a light wine.

Method:

Put 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic in a pan.

Cut the zucchini into cubes and fry in the pan over low heat.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant salted water. Drain the pasta and put it in the zucchini pan, sauté and season with salt and pepper.

Add the prosciutto and the burrata at the end.

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400 g spaghetti pasta

  • 150 g raw ham

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1  clove of garlic

  • 125 gr of burrata

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Difficutly: medium
     
  • Preparation: 10 min.
     
  • Cooking: 20 min.
