PWash the rocket and place in a bowl, dice the mozzarella and add. Cut the raw ham into strips and add.
Wash the figs well and cut into wedges and then season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar.
Instead of rocket you can also use fresh spinach.
