Procedimento:
Take a nice piece of beef cut from the rump and put it on the flame 111 a pan with oilivandc-hopped onion, celery, carrot and 100 gms. of salted dried pork cut intq cubes. Leave all side of the beef get golden, then add sometomato sauce previously prepared, a pinch of salt, a hint of spices, and allow to cook slowly for a couple ofthours, adding some tepid water from time to time.
