Lemon Sorbet

A fresh and refreshing taste, with a delicately sour aftertaste, make this creamy cold dessert a masterpiece to be served at the end of a meal. But a homemade lemon sorbet is the perfect sweet break for any moment!

Method:

Stir the ice cream with a planetary mixer (or with a hand whisk), until it is slightly softened.

Add the limoncello or other alcohol in the preferred dose, continuing to whisk quickly, until completely absorbed.

Pour into the glass and decorate with a slice of lemon.

 

 

 

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 ½ cup of lemon ice cream

  • limoncello (or: grappa / vodka / vin beato / rum / wine... )

  • 2 lemons

  • Difficulty: easy
