- 4 pork chops
- 1 ½ cups (300 g) white grapes
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ glass white wine
- Flour, as needed
- Extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the grapes, cut them in half, and remove the seeds.
Brown the Meat
Lightly flour the pork chops.
Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic.
Add the pork chops and brown them on both sides until golden.
Cook with Grapes
Deglaze with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the grapes, cover with a lid, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Turn the meat occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Serve
Serve the pork chops hot with the grape sauce.
