Ingredients
- 20 prawns
- ½ glass white wine
- Fresh parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and chili pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Prawns
Wash the prawns thoroughly and trim the legs and antennae with scissors.
Drain well using a colander.
Start the Base
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large pan with a clove of garlic and a pinch of chili pepper.
Let the garlic brown, then remove it along with the chili.
Cook the Prawns
Add the prawns to the pan along with chopped parsley.
Sauté over medium heat, turning occasionally to brown them evenly.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Finish and Serve
Remove the lid, pour in the white wine, and let it evaporate.
Cover again and cook for another 3–4 minutes, turning once.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Your prawns in white wine are ready to enjoy!
