Method:
Cut the broccoli and put them to boil in a pot with water for about 10 minutes. In a pan, brown a clove of garlic with a couple of tablespoons of oil.
Drain the broccoli tops and cook them for a few minutes in a pan. Add the crumbled sausage and brown it. When the sausage is ready, add a little white wine and add salt.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and then lay over the puff pastry. Prick the base.
Arrange the broccoli and sausage filling inside. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and arrange it on the surface of the puff pastry. Fold the edges forming a string.
Bake the broccoli and sausage savory pie at 180° C (356 F) in a preheated oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Let the quiche cool, then cut it into slices and serve.
