Salmon fillet with pink pepper
Here is a fish course that is simple to prepare and very tasty!

Servings: 4 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (600 g) salmon fillets
  • 1 cup (200 g) rocket salad
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 1 tablespoon pink pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

 

Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a non-stick pan over high heat without adding oil.

Sear on all sides for a few minutes until golden and slightly crispy on the outside.

 

Prepare the Plate

Arrange a bed of fresh rocket salad on each plate.

Place the hot salmon fillets on top.

 

Finish and Serve

Garnish with lemon slices and sprinkle with pink pepper.

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
