Wurstel Bruschetta

In Tuscany is called fettunta, elsewhere panunto. When the bread is warm and crispy rubs one garlic clove over the surface and then seasoned with various ingredients.   • 1 Carciofino in olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Quark
  • 1 slice of Ham
  • Some radish slices Spicy White
  • Difficulty: simple
     
  • Preparation: 25min.  

 

Procedure:

Prepares by putting in a small frying pan sour cream and pour the carciofino sliced, Quark (fresh cheese can be substituted with a gorgonzola dolce, but also by a mozzarella) and the wirstl cut into rings.

You leave everything on a moderate flame to allow the cheese to melt and then pours it on a slice of bread browned.

He covers with a slice of prosciutto and decorate with some spicy radish washer.
