Italian Cuisine has been officially recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and today you’ll learn why. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you will transform your gathered eggs into silky, golden fresh pasta. After the hard work, enjoy a convivial lunch featuring your handmade pasta, accompanied by a guided tasting of our premium wines and extra virgin olive oils.
You will be guided through a sensory journey that will allow you to discover how to correctly combine the right wines with food. Our sommelier will explain the tasting notes, the wine production process, food pairings and much more! The Garden Harvest
After breakfast, join our chefs for a walk through the Tenuta Torciano Organic Vegetable Garden. You’ll breathe in the scent of fresh basil and rosemary as you harvest seasonal vegetables and sun-ripened produce directly from the soil. Return to the kitchen for a second masterclass focused on the dishes that define the Mediterranean diet. By using ingredients you picked yourself just minutes prior, you’ll experience the true meaning of “zero-kilometer” cooking. Conclude your journey with a celebratory lunch and wine tasting, savoring the vibrant flavors of the fresh garden.
