Fiorentina steak dinner with wine tasting of our personal reserve wines

A unique dining experience, family and friends are welcome to enjoy a traditional Florentine steak paired with many of the Torciano vintage reserve wines. The steak is nice high as it should be, not cold from the fridge, burning embers, low grill, 5/8 minutes on each side, 15 standing.

Our steak is subjected to maturation from 20 to 30 days in order to give the meat the right consistency and increase its sensory perception. The dinner includes wines from San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano etc. You will start with the most common wines, accompanied by an appetizer of cold cuts, cheeses and bruschetta; then we will move on to the most prestigious wines, with lasagna with meat sauce.

Then the main reserve wine will be served with the Florentine steak which will in turn be accompanied by vegetables from our garden. You will learn to enjoy good wine and discover excellent tasting techniques. The staff will welcome you with sympathy and professionalism, making you take a preliminary tour of the estate and then make you sit down and enjoy all the remaining magnificent experience.
