INSTRUCTIONS TO VOUCHER PURCHASER: In order to redeem the voucher, make changes or for any additional requirments please contact the hotel directly on by calling +39 0577 988134 or emailing booking@torciano.com; torciano@torciano.com and quote your Purchase Reference Number. You must make your booking prior to your arrival. These Vouchers can be reedeemed only for the selected experience.

Cancellation Policy: All packages are subject to availability. Cancellation 15 days before the event. Payment will be made at the time of the event in the cellar. The rules concerning guarantees and deposit vary depending on the seasonality of the package or offer, we recommend to call for further details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You will receive an email to confirm your voucher purchase. This is your voucher and should be printed and presented at the property to redeem.
2. The Voucher may not be redeemed the same day as the travel date.
3. The Total Value of your gift voucher purchase will be debited from your card at time of purchase.
4. If the voucher is a gift to someone, you may enter a recipient name and message. You should then pass the printed email voucher to the recipient.
5. To purchase a voucher you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you. The Security Code of the Card must also be entered. Card details will be validated prior to the transaction being confirmed and the voucher email being issued.
6. All successfull online transaction are confirmed to the purchased by email. Each purchase is given a unique transaction reference. Please use this reference if you need to communicate with the issuer regarding any purchase.
7. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
8. We do not accept responsability for vouchers that are lost or mislaid.
9. Neither Tenuta Torciano nor the issuer accepts responsability for vouchers that are lost of mislaid.
10. The use of voucher(s) to purchase experiences, meals or services is subject to availability. Supplements may apply at restricted times for example Public Holidays and Special Events.
11. Vouchers may be used for only one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted.
12. Vouchers may not be redeemed for Cash.
13. Voucher Email must be presented on arrival at proprierty.
14. Voucher that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
15. Voucher that have expired will not be accepted.
16. Voucher wil limited or specified availability will only be accepted where they are valid and apply to the given stay.
17. The voucher purchase price is inclusive of Local Tax.
18. Vouchers are not transferable and may not be resold or bartend.
