Wine Description:
This wine is crafted from a meticulous selection of 65% Corvina and Corvinone, and 35% Rondinella grapes, all hand-harvested. Following a traditional appassimento process lasting 100 days, the wine achieves its depth and complexity. Amarone is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging before being released.
This wine is elegant on the nose, offering vanilla aromas intertwined with notes of cherry, almond, and plum. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied character, with a velvety texture that is both rich and satisfying. Perfectly paired with roasted meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses, this Amarone embodies a timeless expression of tradition and quality.
Ideal with traditional first courses, cured meats, red and white meats and medium/mature cheeses.
