Area of Production:
Chianti Colli Senesi is produced in the rolling hills surrounding Siena. The area is characterized by hilly soils, a Mediterranean climate, and significant temperature variations, ideal conditions for producing elegant, well-balanced wines with strong territorial identity.
Grapes:
Grapes: 100% selected Sangiovese
Winemaking: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in our own vineyards. Following is the crushing-destemming and temperature-controlled fermentation in cement glass containers. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
