A fantastic white wine that comes from a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viogner. Product obtained from the pressing of the grapes, it is refrigerated to carry out a natural decantation of the must, with subsequent racking and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging for 4 months in steel and three months in the bottle, it is a white wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an intense and complex aroma of fresh white pulp fruits such as banana and pear. On the finish there are notes of clumps and yellow fruit, important fresh floral hints such as white thorn and mulberry. The taste is harmonious, fresh and savory with a hint of mineral and a good persistence.

A white wine with delicate coppery highlights and a fragrant aroma of toasted almonds and yeast. A cuvee of the best Pinots, its body and structure are enhanced when accompanied by fish main courses, as well as hors d’oeuvres and light first courses.
