The Chardonnay “Dolce Vita” vintage 2022 of the Tenuta Torciano Winery is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes. The aromatic profile of this wine says much about the vintage's weather. An expansive nose denotes perfectly ripened Chardonnay grapes thanks to the sun and light. It is a straw yellow wine with light golden reflections. The nose opens with notes of lime, green apple and pear, well blended with tropical fruits. On the palate it is delicate and fresh, with an accentuated mineral note, with a medium-long finish. Overall, it is a very balanced, savory, elegant and refined wine. Perfect to accompany fresh and medium-aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with shellfish, seafood and fish dishes. Also excellent for roast chicken and white meat.
