The 1996 and 1997 tenuta Torciano, which were bottled in September 2000 and 2001, combine measured power, extraordinary elegance, and admirable complexity! This two particular Luxury Wines were projected for man and for woman, in order to satisfy the elegant couple..
The existence in the territory of slopes with different orientations, the pronounced modulations of the hills and the disparity between the low-lying areas and the higher districts, produce micro-climates that are diverse despite the relative compactness of the area. This is a real Luxury Wine.
In this wine lies our tradition, the precious legacy of our ancestors, winemaking masters. The fruit is exceptionally sweet and pure, and there are layers of flavor in the mouth. I do believe this Luxury Wine will develop an extraordinary perfume, and possess a high level of richness.
Rich, pure and full, it should hit its prime in another 4-5 years and last at least two or three decades. The Sangiovese grosso, Cabernet and Merlot combination, with the clay-based soil and particular climate, are the ingredients which create a superior red nectar.
"Cavaliere" is an aristocrat wine with elegant and personal flavor. With a Deep ruby red tending to garnet with age it's a blend of Cabernet and Syrah. Its Has a dry, full and smooth flavor, perfect with sauces made from game, red meat, and mature spicy cheeses.
The 2013 Brunello di Montalcino is a 100% Sangiovese Grosso wine called in Montalcino: Brunello; that was picked on the gravelly soils as early as 20 September until 15 October, in the vineyards of Montalcino. The Swarovski that adorn it adds even more to its peculiarity and elegance.

Brunello di Montalcino is a phenomenal Luxury Wine that captures not only the spirit of this classic vintage. It delivers a very authentic and genuine read of Sangiovese with wild berry aromas followed by pressed violets, wet earth, tobacco and lightly toasted spice.
To obtain the "Riserva" quality, Chianti Classico requires more years of ageing and a higher alcohol content of 12,5%. Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes. These vineyards are cultivated on hilly ground with polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l.

The vineyards have 3500 plants per hectare and the double arch training method is used. With a deep, bright, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Its bouquet is intense with a slight aroma of violet, the deal pairing for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a grape variety which was first cultivated on the hills of San Gimignano in clay schist soils dating back to the Pliocene era. It was the first grape variety to be awarded, in 1966, the Denomination of Controlled Origin and in 1993 , the D.O.C.G.
Its amber gold color reveal a persistent and complex fruity bouquet, with spicy and vanilla hints. As the tuscan tradition says, this sweet drink is particularly good with Cantuccini (tuscan biscuits) but you can choose to pair it with any dessert that you prefer.
