At the Torciano restaurant, the vegetable garden and our farmers welcome you into an experience made of fresh produce, Tuscan colors and genuine countryside traditions. Upon arrival, guests discover rows of lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, courgettes and seasonal herbs, all ready to inspire the dishes served at the table.
The garden becomes part of the menu: from appetizers to first courses, from side dishes to fruit and dessert, each plate tells the story of ingredients grown close to the restaurant and enjoyed with a glass of Torciano wine.
