This typical wine is a Prosecco obtained from a careful selection of selected grapes of the same vintage, with its fresh and fruity taste it manages to conquer everyone from the first sip. Straw yellow in color, fine and persistent perlage, it has intense and fruity aromas. On the palate it is perceived sweet, soft and full but balanced by a pleasant sour note.

A fantastic white wine that comes from a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viogner. Product obtained from the pressing of the grapes, it is refrigerated to carry out a natural decantation of the must, with subsequent racking and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging for 4 months in steel and three months in the bottle, it is a white wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an intense and complex aroma of fresh white pulp fruits such as banana and pear. On the finish there are notes of clumps and yellow fruit, important fresh floral hints such as white thorn and mulberry. The taste is harmonious, fresh and savory with a hint of mineral and a good persistence.

The Tuscan red grapes are vinified in rosè by soft pressing to obtain this rosé wine. Morellino di Scansano is an Italian wine appellation in southern Tuscany. This wine was born in the territory of the Tuscan Maremma, in the vineyards and in the cellar of Scansano. The wines are dry reds from the Sangiovese grape variety, known here as Morellino. They are produced in the rolling coastal hills around the medieval village of Scansano. The nose reveals beautiful notes of small red fruits, spices and a light note of goudron, to embellish the olfactory profile. On the palate it is full and balanced, with mature and well-developed tannins, of great persistence. Perfect to accompany red and white meats, it is ideal with cold cuts and cheeses.
