Located in central Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast, Tuscany is home to some of the world’s most notable wine regions. The Cavaliere is a renowned, elegant blend of our finest Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. After vinification, the wine is aged in barriques for almost 3 years. Beautifully dry and smooth, it is a deep, ruby red color and features a rounded, complete bouquet. The sip is balanced and reveals dense and well-behaved tannins. The finish is persistent. Excellent to pair with richly flavored first courses, game, duck, mature or spicy cheeses.
3 bottles of Super Tuscan "Baldassarre" (Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend)
Our Baldassarre is an elegant, smooth and very round blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grapes, grown in clay-based soil. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 3 years in barriques and for a further 6 months in bottle. Its ruby red color tends to garnet with age. Wooden and herbaceous notes, even a hint of leather scent, alongside dark chocolate. Pairs beautifully with steak, roasted meats, pasta dishes and cheese.
