Balsamic Caesar & Chicken Breast Salad Recipe
For a fresh summer but with great taste, today we offer you a cold dish: chicken salad with balsamic vinegar.
- Chicken breast
- Cherry tomatoes

- Balsamic vinegar

Clean the chicken and cook in a large pot of lightly salted warm water for about 20 minutes, then drain and leave to cool on a plate.
Let's start with the vegetables, you can only choose zucchini, or add red, yellow, and green peppers. Wash and chop the vegetables, grill the vegetables and set aside. Wash the lettuce you prefer, you can also add the rocket that will give you a more decisive touch to the salad.
