Chianti Classico Vicario 2021 – A Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes cultivated on hilly ground in polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. With a deep, bright, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Its bouquet is intense with a slight aroma of violet. The flavor is harmonious, dry, tasty and slightly tannic, refining to smooth and velvety with time. The deal companion for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta served with tasty meat sauce (pappardelle for the best), roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorine cheese.

Chianti Classico Riserva Godenzio 2020 - To obtain the "Riserva" quality, Chianti Classico requires more years of ageing and a higher alcohol content of 12,5%. Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes. These vineyards are cultivated on hilly ground with polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. Deep ruby red, tending to garnet color with a complete, elegant and penetrating bouquet, taste full and smooth. This is a wine that accompanies noble and common game and mature cheeses.
