The Cavaliere is a renowned, elegant blend of our finest Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. Beautifully dry and smooth, it is a deep, ruby red color and features a rounded, complete bouquet. This wine aged for 4 years in oak barrels, then 1 year in the bottle. Excellent to pair with richly flavored first courses, game, duck, mature or spicy cheeses.

Our Baldassarre is an elegant, smooth and very round blend of Sangiovese Grosso, Cabernet and Merlot grapes, grown in clay-based soil. Its ruby red color tends to garnet with age. Wooden and herbaceous notes, even a hint of leather scent, alongside dark chocolate. Pairs beautifully with steak and pasta.
