4 bottles Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2014 - This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar and meat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.
4 bottles Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Terresolatìe 2017 - Selected grapes of Prugnolo (Sangiovese). This vintage offered both. The bouquet opens to wild fruit aromas with distinct mineral tones that define and delineate the aromatic offering. The mouthfeel reveals good complexity and lots of bright freshness. His color is a strong ruby, brilliant colour tending to garnet with age. Its boquet is strong with light-violet fragrance, elegant with Sapid, mellow and soft-velvet flavour. Ideal companion for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta served with tasty meat sauce, roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorino cheese.
4 bottles Bartolomeo IGT 2015 - The Sangiovese, from the Latin "Sangius jovis", is the predominant grape-variety in this wine and the calm, elegant characteristics of the Cabernet give this wine ample olfactory complexity and greater strength to both body and flavor. The color is deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. With a dry, full and smooth flavor, rich with personality and well structured, complete and elegant, with an evidently aristocratic character; hints of wood can be perceived amidst the typical herbaceous notes. The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from wild boar and hare, tasty red meat dishes such as roast game, vegetable soufflé and spicy mature cheeses.
