Easter's Lunch Menù:

  • Appetizers:
    Artichoke Salad with Parmigiano Reggiano
    Pecorino and summer truffle flan with pear marinated in classic Chianti
    Tuscan DOP ham with burrata cream and pistachios

  • First Course:
    Risotto with courgettes, lemon and pecorino di fossa;
    Strozzapreti with duck sauce

  • Second Course: Pork fillet in a bacon crust and lamb cutlet with country herbs and fried artichokes and potato pie

  • Dessert: Creamy Easter dove with strawberry sauce and cantuccini.
