Located in the heart of Tuscany, the Torciano Hotel Vecchio Asilo is located just 3km away from the heart of San Gimignano. Furnished in traditional and simple Tuscan style, with terracotta floors, wooden beams on the ceiling and the original bricks of the ancient medieval tower.

In these places of full Tuscan countryside you can immerse yourself in the ancient rural tradition and live a sensorial experience enjoying the open air, the flavors and colors of our mother earth. Our “Lunch in the Vineyard among the Rows” are the perfect time to get together with your soul mate, your friends or to make new friends reconnecting with nature, rediscovering the pleasure of being together in contact with the countryside. A precious experience, designed to give you only the best of tradition, landscapes and culinary art that only Tuscany can offer.

 

What is included in the Package:

  • 1 Night stay in Classic Room at Torciano Hotel Vecchio Asilo with breakfast
  • 4-courses Tuscan Lunch in the vineyard with local products at Tenuta Torciano Winery
  • Wine and oil tasting

The Tasting will include the following menu:

  • Appetizers: Tuscan cheeses and salami, bruschetta and snack
  • First Course: Truffle lasagna or tuscan ribollita
  • Second Course: Roast meat with side dishes
  • Desserts: Cantuccini biscuits with dessert wine or Vanilla Ice Cream with Balsamic

Other Information:

Hospitality: Upon arrival at the hotel, all guests will be greeted with a welcome sparkling wine.

Breakfast: made of homemade cakes and seasonal fruit. Wine, vegetable snacks, water and nice snacks are at guests’ disposal, such as tea and coffee in the common areas, in the garden and on the terrace, to make the family stay like being at home.

Check-in: 2:00 pm

Duration: about 120 minutes

Availability: All year, appointment is necessary

Booking notes: In case of intolerance or allergies, alert the staff during the booking and before the tasting.
